I absolutely ADORE Ms.Rae. She has been so amazing with my son from 1.5 years old to now almost 3. He has improved so much because of her. She has the most calming personality and makes kids feel at home immediately. My son loves her more than me at times lol. I’m basically dog shit on the bottom of his shoe when Ms. Rae is around lol. She has helped him with speech and he went from grunting to now talking in full sentences because of her.

Rae has been an incredible support over the past several months as we’ve navigated my son’s speech delay. He feels comfortable with her and always enjoys his sessions. She makes learning fun and engaging and we have seen so much progress! Rae is truly passionate about her work. She’s patient, consistent, and always follows through with any needed documentation. Her communication is excellent, and she keeps us informed every step of the way. We’re so grateful for her!

Before speech solutions my now 5 year couldn’t be understand outside of those were in her household and even then there were many things we couldn’t understand. 1 year with Hannah and my daughter is thriving! You can understand every syllable she says, she can correct herself and take the help now! I’m sooooo appreciative of the work that has been put in with her!! My daughter is hard at first but so soft once she gets to know you and Hannah has definitely defined that even more!! This place is amazing!!

Lisa and Hannah have been absolutely wonderful with our child! He has made so much progress and flourished with their help. It makes me tear up every time someone mentions how much his speech has improved. Hannah is always so welcoming and supportive with not only our child but with us. I could not ask for a better team and I cannot recommend them enough.

Incredibly great service. Lisa is so knowledgeable and patient with our daughter. With Lisa's help our daughter's speech has greatly improved and continues to show tremendous progress with her overall speech . I regret to say that I cannot recommend Speech Solutions to anyone seeking speech therapy services. My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating, and I have a long trail of emails--spanning nearly an entire year--documenting unresolved issues with various members of their staff. If you're interested, I'm happy to share the details privately. The ongoing lack of communication, the constant runaround, and the overall incompetence I've encountered highlight significant ethical and operational shortcomings at Speech Solutions. While I don't have the time or space here to list everything, suffice it to say that the challenges I've faced with this business have been extensive and exhausting. The only positive aspect of our experience was the brief interaction with a few speech therapists who worked with my son. Unfortunately, each of these therapists (and others) abruptly resigned, which speaks to the high turnover rate at this company. The inconsistency in care due to this turnover is concerning on its own, but the real issues stem from the lack of professionalism across the rest of the organization. From Tara in administration to Carolinda/"Trini" (CEO), Sharon (CFO), and the entire billing department, the service we've received has been disappointing, to say the least. We've been given the runaround for far too long. While I would love to walk away from this situation, we're still waiting on an updated invoice from our son's initial evaluation in 2023, which was billed incorrectly, and a refund that they are inexplicably withholding. At this point, I feel trapped and can only hope that future clients do not have to endure the same level of frustration that we have. To conclude, I'd like to highlight the ethical concerns around staff posting feedback about their own workplace. This creates a conflict of interest and opens the door to potential manipulation of reviews. I've noticed Tara has posted five-star reviews on both Yelp pages and here on Google--just something to keep in mind. My best advice for anyone seeking speech therapy for themselves or a loved one: look for other options.

Speech solutions has such a friendly, knowledgeable team! Trini is currently the only certified myofunctional therapist in Hawaii and she really knows her stuff. I love that she has made the lesson plans easy enough to do at home and come back to see results.
