Shawna and her staff care so deeply for the well being and development of the kids, they have been a life line when other resources like Rainbows weren’t helping. Several of ours have gone there, and one went from nonverbal at 2.5 and not able to swing on swings or ride in a car safely, to speaking sentences within a month and not being triggered by forward movements. We highly recommend Sprout to everyone we know!

We have been waiting over six months to get in, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. They will email requesting information, but never follow up or respond back. We have submitted insurance and billing information multiple times, only to be told they never received it. At one point, we were even sent forms with the wrong patient information. Despite repeated attempts to call, no one ever answers the phone. We have tried to be patient, but the lack of communication, organization, and professionalism is very disappointing. Families seeking care deserve timely responses and accurate handling of their information, and unfortunately, that has not been our experience here.

Still dealing with payment issues. These people kept scheduling appointments with me and my son and not telling us that our secondary insurance was not within network. 6 months of this go by before they call us and tell us. They inform us we owe them over $4,000 and wanted it paid in full. They would not accept a payment arrangement and then sent us to collections, all because of their insurance departments mistake. Not to mention we did not have a consistent therapist for our son after he was placed with a new one. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place only cares about money and not the kids

My daughters therapist was amazing! Every week my daughter looked forward to going and talked about Ms. Saige to her teacher all the time. I highly recommend Sprouts to help with your child's development needs.

Erin is the best! She worked with both of my daughters and has helped them build self regulation skills. Our home is a calmer place with better effective communication.

This past year I had four (soon to be six) children benefiting from the OT services at SPROUT. The care, knowledge shared, support & encouragement is first rate! We've been receiving support from this practice for approximately ten years. The professionalism and dedication shown by everyone at SPROUT makes going to OT fun instead of a chore or typical appointment. As a foster parent, I especially appreciate the extra efforts made to make each child feel special by finding out their interests & working those themes into the activities that they do in session. I can't say enough great things about the skills we've all learned!

For the short amount of time my daughter was with Sprout, she was passed through 5 different therapists before she was finally with a stable therapist that was able to meet her needs. After that she was making progresses with Sprout services, but still had some behavioral issues. Then Sprout decided that since my daughter's behaviors were too difficult to manage and justify to the insurance company, they just stopped seeing her. Now, I go back to them requesting information regarding my daughter needing to be back on the bus due to her behavioral problems and difficulties, but they refuse to give me the documentation necessary to get her the services she needs. Their reply to my request follows: “Pursuant to our conversation earlier today, Sprout is unable to provide the documentation you are requesting on your daughter's behalf” My daughter needs services, but they are refusing to give me information that I have requested and have a right to. This is denial of information that could give my daughter what she needs and is discrimination of a special needs child! How is it that you have a service for children with special needs, but then refuse this service and cannot provide the documentation of why you refuse those services? All I asked for was documentation stating that she needs the stability of riding a bus to and from school due to her behavioral problems / issues they experienced with my child.
