I’ve had a very positive experience with Arinze Ejiofor, APRN. He is calm, professional, and genuinely attentive. From the beginning, he took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and made me feel heard rather than rushed. He explained things clearly, answered my questions thoughtfully, and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan before moving forward. What stood out most was his supportive and non-judgmental approach. He creates a safe space where it’s easy to be honest, which makes a big difference when discussing mental health. Appointments feel focused and productive, and I leave each session feeling more informed and reassured. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate provider who truly cares about patient well-being.

I receive thoughtful, compassionate care from this clinic. My health is improving since working with my practitioner. I definitely recommend them.

First of all, you repeatedly begged me for a Google review while I was trying to talk to you about my mental state. I left you one star and now you have a problem with that. The problem you have is with yourself and your inadequacy as a mental health professional. Secondly, I didnt even say anything along with my one star when I could have easily chastised you for some of your unprofessional conduct, but I spared you that and you responded by airing out my private issues with my insurance company. Might I add that your response contained what I suspect to be a deliberate lie because you said the same thing to me over the phone and I didn't know why you claimed it then either. You said I havent been a patient of yours since August. If thats the case why have you been renewing my medication up until 2 weeks ago and why did you not see me when I arrived at my scheduled appointment in October, taking time out of my work day and asking someone else to take time out of their day to drive me there only for you let me sit in the waiting area for over 30 minutes without an acknowledgement of my presence. But all of this is not why I left you one star. I left you one star because after not reaching out to me since October, you abruptly decided to cancel my anti-depressant prescription. It wouldn't surprise me if you were unaware that there are side effects to suddenly stopping a medication seeing as you are hardly qualified for your job and for you to choose not to renew it without letting me know or any fair warning is cruel and immoral and I'm sure is a violation of some kind of code of ethics. I believe your action (or inaction) is retaliatory because you were visibly upset when I told you I would need to reduce the frequency of my visits due to my monetary issues. I believe rather than viewing me as a human being in need of support, you saw me as a customer that you could no longer exploit. Ask yourself, in any of our meetings did you show any genuine concern or interest in my issues? Because all I remember is you whining over a lack of Google reviews while I was trying to talk and then scolding me over not continuing my college education, not that that was any business of yours but judging by your response to my one star, you have no consideration for somebody's personal circumstance. So to summarize, not only do you perform poorly at your place of work, but I question how seriously you take the responsibility that you have accepted with this job and therefore, I question your whole moral center. I'll now go back to the horrific experience I am having withdrawing from the medication that was preventing me from suicide. If my mother has to find my cold body, will you deny responsibility for that too? How's that for a Google review?

I was recently saw Arinze Ejiofor and could not be more pleased. The service was above and beyond, This nurse practioner gave me his time and expertise. I will be returning to this office. Jennifer in this office is also wonderful and an asset to this office. Thank you again

Square Behavioral Health is a fantastic therapy service that has helped me through many unique challenges.

Really bad experience getting medications refilled by them. Left for almost a whole week without antidepressants, no one listens to the voicemail machines. Need more staff or need staff that actually do their jobs.
