I have used them twice for my daughter’s birthday. They were helpful, flexible and easy to contact. They always worked with me when I was trying to figure something out. My daughter loves them and wants them for every birthday. They came to our house, set up easily, educated the kids whenever they had questions and cleaned up after themselves. Easy relaxed birthday parties
Booked the traveling pets to come to a local school fundraiser and the people running this place cancelled with an hours notice. They then refused to refund the money that was put down as a deposit! The kids were so disappointed as they were all told a petting zoo would be at the fundraiser! They gave one hour notice when the travel time for them to get there was about an hour alone. so they knew they wouldn’t make it even before that and didn’t give more notice!! They said they’d refund the deposit and NEVER did. They keep playing stupid saying they had no idea it didn’t refund and they tried etc… it’s been 8 months and tons of conversations with them about a refund and we have yet to see it. Do not risk it. Save your money.
Be very cautions if you are considering hiring this petting zoo for your event. We had scheduled them 2 months out for our school carnival. We spent the week leading up to the carnival playing games with the kids to teach them the animal’s names and posted pictures around school of the animals that would be there. They cancelled on us the day before the event. This left many children and parents disappointed to arrive at our carnival with out a petting zoo. Very unreliable.
Snake River Doodles is an awesome experience were you can make new animal friends. An excellent opportunity to educate children about animals and their habits because of the mellow attitude. My wife and daughter are in heaven visiting the baby animals of different kinds. We all will be sure to make time to go back and visit Snake River Doodles!
