Therapist was friendly but ultimately unhelpful. Never gave us any concrete things we could do to better our situation. We also have a child on a waitlist and its been so long I don't believe we will ever get a call.

Fond Du Lac Wisconsin behavioral health department Is amazing to work with. Shannon, the RN is always very kind and helpful and works very fast to get me the help that I need with medication refills or appointment appointments with April Riggs.

A love one of mine had a terrible experience here. Nurses are extremely rude over the phone. Make the individual feel worse than they already do. Provider gave instructions at appointment and told to follow up in a month. Called to follow up in a month and was told that they couldn’t do anything since it’s been a month. Again, these were the orders that were given the previous appointment. Cut off all ties to SSM. Their physicians are too busy to actually provide good care for their patients and have failed to follow through with their own orders. If you’re actually looking for healthcare please go to froedtert. Got in within 4 days and provider listened and helped when no one else at SSM would. SSM just pushes patients off to the next provider.

There are wonderful therapists here! I have been so impressed by the staff and Dr. Majors and other therapists here in the FdL office. It took a bit to get in but it has been so worth the wait.

After searching for weeks, I landed myself at this facility for Autism testing for female adults. This is something very inaccessible, and hard to find. I waited a year. My first appointment was supposed to be the 12th, but today on the 8th, they canceled ALL my appointments without a single warning or reason. I feel crushed, and have to start over on this journey again if there are even any more affordable options for me. Very shady and nonprofessional of them. Don't go here. I'm broken...
