Patty Mills, PT, CLT is an exceptional Physical Therapist with a mastery in the management of Lymph Edema. She is thorough and professional, yet very personable and kind with a genuine ability to understand your needs. The work she is doing on me is life-changing. I feel so grateful as I am no longer suffering to just get through each day!. I love being greeted by Kara and Jen in Reception ~ they are an added bonus.

We absolutely love working with Ashley! She is an incredible speech therapist who always has a warm smile on her face and a positive attitude. My son genuinely enjoys the time they spend together every week. We’ve seen such wonderful progress since he started working with Ashley, and it’s been amazing to watch his confidence grow. She’s patient, kind, and truly dedicated to helping him succeed. We are so grateful for everything she does and so thankful she is apart of Carson’s team. ❤️ Chris and Jennifer have been absolutely amazing with my son Carson for physical therapy! They are always so excited to see him and cheer him on every step of the way. Their energy and encouragement make such a difference, and Carson really thrives in their care. I also really appreciate how they take the time to explain everything to me as a parent—what they’re doing, why they’re doing it, and how I can support his progress at home. Their dedication, knowledge, and kindness mean the world to us. We’re so lucky to have them on Carson’s team!

I have unfortunately needed PT many, many times. This time was the best! I have seen many physical therapists, but St Joe's is outstanding! The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, but physical therapist Madi is THE BEST. If you need PT, don't go anywhere else. Madi is amazing. She's so incredibly smart and knowledgeable. Even though she's already graduated, she's continuing her education and is interested in how pain affects mental health and behavior. She gives so much to her patients. She's been the best PT I've ever seen! She cares so much about people and really gets invested in my care. I will never go anywhere else and if Madi ever goes anywhere, sorry St Joes; I'm following her. :) She listens to all of my symptoms and always adjusts therapy to accomodate. I'm convinced I would be non-functional without her. During my work injury, I've suffered some major injustices and struggles with Dr's. Madi has been the only bright spot in this injury mess. I'll be forever grateful for her.

I've visited St. Joe's numerous times in the past 10 years and each time I came away with a fairly good opinion. The staff: Most of the doctors, nurses, MA's, & CNA's have always been kind and a bit amazing in a crisis. The doctors are usually very kind and personable, but you rarely see them. When you do finally meet with the elusive doctors, there are a few whose bedside manner requires a large dose of patience. The facility: It's very clean and easy to navigate as the directories are frequent, clear, and concise. There are public elevators and ramped floors in some areas, although there is a well maintained stairwell also. Parking: The lots are a bit helter skelter and usually very crowded. They're usually kept very clean and are well lit.
