Everyone was super friendly, communicated well and heard us. From the front desk staff to the therapist, we loved them all, but we absolutely adore Courtney she has been AMAZING

Morgan has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She truly seems to understand what each of my girls need in order to get to where they need to be.

Occupational therapist Lesley has really helped our little boy with his sensory processing disorder, emotional dysregulation, among other things. She has provided us useful tools (laminated chore chart etc.) and helped us as parents become more understanding of how we can further meet our son's needs at home. The receptionists are always cheerful and welcoming. Our only issue has been with scheduling. We were once scheduled for some mandatory progress evaluation on very short notice, in which we had already had our biweekly appointment with Lesley in that same week. Coming from Weiser, it was difficult to arrange our schedule and make the drive for the second time within the same week. Upon arriving, we were told we no longer had an appointment because they are not allowed to do the evaluation within the same week as therapy, but nobody called us to tell us an error had been made on their end and that it was canceled! It was a complete waste of time and gas (we had to take time off school and work for this) and my son left very upset (he looks forward to his appointments). We were asked to reschedule immediately for a time in the very near future and promised a gas card, and though I followed up on this promise for months, we never did receive the gas card.

our speech therapist is wonderful with our child. She knows how to connect and provide the correct course of action and tools needed to make our child successful in life. In return our child really enjoys learning and returning each time to our child’s session. Thank you.

Edy and Kelsey up at the front are friendly, personable and helpful. Morgan and Megan are both outstanding therapists, not only for their therapist knowledge and capabilities but also for their great personalities and “bedside manner”. I feel they are always trying to think of new techniques and/or equipment to use. They are very resourceful!

Every time we walk in to therapy we are greeted with excitement and smiles. Thanks to Stephanie and Molly my son has reached milestones I didn’t think were possible! My son is always excited to go to therapy.
