Stable Foundations Therapy

My two children see three different providers at Stable Foundations Therapy for both speech and OT and we couldn't give them a more glowing review. Both have grown so much in our three years there. Not only is hippotherapy (horse therapy) scientifically proven to be more effective becasue of the balance and coordination aspect, but my kiddos are also picking up some basic animal skills and growing in confidence and resilience due to the added bonus of outdoor therapy. Thank you, thank you, Lauren, Allie, and Kathy. You're the best!

Stable Foundations offers a wide range of comprehensive support for all kinds of families. I felt as though the onboarding process was easy and seamless and really enjoy the OT we receive for our son. Could not recommend them more!

We are beyond grateful for Lauren and Allie with Stable Foundations! Such an amazing program. Our son has such an amazing connection with the horses and gets so excited to see them. Both Lauren (OT) and Allie (speech) are so patient with our son and support his every need. We definitely don’t plan on going anywhere else and would recommend them to anyone. They even openly welcome our son’s service dog to interact with the horses. Thank you ladies for all that you do!

We are so grateful to have found Stable Foundations and Allie! Our non-verbal five-year-old son was having a hard time doing speech in a clinical setting so I did some research and decided to try hippotherapy and we never looked back. We drive 2 hours for our sessions and do not mind at all because it’s 100% worth it! He had just gotten his AAC device when he started and since then his vocabulary has grown exponentially and has even shown interest in starting to sound words out verbally!! We are deeply appreciative of the care, patience, and kindness Allie has shown our son at every session. The bond she’s built with him and the confidence he’s gained through hippotherapy is truly incredible to witness. She creates a safe, encouraging environment and goes above and beyond to help our family. She’ll even give us tips/things to work on at home! She is truly making a difference in our son’s life and we are forever grateful.

We love Stable Foundations. Our child receives speech therapy and occasionally OT, and we’ve seen so many benefits. Being outside, interacting with animals, and taking direction from different people (the therapist remains consistent while volunteers rotate) has been incredibly helpful. On tougher days when our child isn’t ready to get on the horse, the team is wonderfully accommodating. Sometimes he needs time on the swing or to run around before therapy, and other times they meet him exactly where he is—working with him while he moves or plays. There is so much value in the outdoor environment, being around animals, and learning flexibility by taking direction from different people. The staff is kind, patient, and flexible, and they do an amazing job building trust with your child—knowing when to gently push and when to give space. We truly can’t say enough good things about AllieJane—she is absolutely wonderful & the owner Lauren Hall (OT) is amazing and so knowledgeable.
