Stable Life Therapies

Stay clear of this place.. the receptionist is so blantly rude and when you ask for the person's name ,they refuse to give said persons name , claiming they don't deal with drama. I guess in their mind it's ok to be disrespectful to new patients and their parents .. They are not accredited by the BBB from what I have pulled up. . They don't wear name tags and their building states they are stable life therapies, but they say they are love out loud ABA therapies sounds a . Bit fishy to me. It's alarming to hear that they decide what your child needs and don't care what the parent feel their child needs as well! That's not working with the parents of these children to come up with a plan of action. Their mentality seems to be " it's my way or the highway" this is ONLY my opion.

My son has been attending Stable Life Therapy for almost 2 yrs. He has progressed so much!!! He practically non verbal when he started. He is now talking a lot, following simple directions and being a little bit more social. Their staff starting with their BCBAs, RBTs and the receptionist are very helpful, kind and understanding. The one thing we need is a speech therapist!! Been waiting on one since October of last year. Can’t wait to start speech again!

I waited for months went thru so much....even hand delivered them the form they gave me from the dr. And two weeks later after MONTHS they continued to blame my insurance for "kicking the form back" and my daughter never started. Now I get to start the waiting process all over again somewhere else

Great & Caring therapists and facility. Very responsive and let me know what’s going on beforehand with my children’s appointments.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They cancelled my son's appointment three times in a row and one of the times I was already sitting in the lobby waiting. Definitely would not recommend.

The speech therapists here are very warm and friendly. Really great, patient, and helpful with my son.
