What a joke if you dont have state insurance they wont give you the time of day

If I could give zero stars i would. 3 days of calling every single phone number listed. Got a live person twice. First person put me on hold until it rang and went dead. Second person gave me an on call person's number who has never called back. Had to call local PD after no response. Lack of person on charge says alot. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

Went back and forth for over a week before they could tell me they do not provide services to adolescents.

Run! If I could give them negative 1 million stars I would! Not only do they not listen to anything I told them, they didn't care. They took me off my lifesaving medication I've been on for over 21 years. The doctors there are so worried about their licenses and anything negative that could happen to them that they won't even prescribe medications. Don't go to stairways unless you want them to make you crazy! Everyone I know that has gone there has felt worse mentally then they ever have before because of the water stairways does things and done treat you like u matter or even exist! Don't go there u are better off treating yoursel!

Horrible! You can’t reach anyone! Even if you leave messages, no one returns your call. Seems like you get a different doctor and therapist every month. Or they send you to a Physician assistant or nurse practitioner even why you request to see an actual psychiatrist. I personally want to see an actual doctor who went to medical school and knows how mental health drugs interact with medical medicine. Sucks not many private outpatient psychiatrists are available in this area

*****I went here for an evaluation for my doctor. They recommended I go for 9 hours of treatment a week even though I haven't used in 5 months. Then they refused to fax my doctor that I saw them because I didn't agree to do rhe treatment. Go somewhere else if you can********
