My child has been with Star Future for several months, and we've had a great experience. The owner is very caring and genuinely looks out for my child’s well-being. The scheduler is new but learning quickly, and he has been both responsible and responsive. I especially want to highlight our amazing RBT—she is definitely one of the best out there! We're very happy with our BCBAs and supervisors, Nancy and Erica. Their support and expertise have truly made a big difference. Thank you, Star Future, for everything you do!

Very unprofessional, mismanaged and over rated. Customer service is the lowest of their priorities, whereas convenient lame excuses, lies and outdated processes are their strong points.

Star Future is and ABA for Children with Autism disorder, My son attending their services past 2 yrs. they offer in house therapy or at school. If you have a child with Autism please contact them they come to you with their AP therapists.

My son has been attending Star Future for a few years. They are very professional, positive, patient, collaborative and friendly with kids. As parent, we feel included in the process and very comfortable. My son has made significant improvement. We love the therapists, especially Mr.Ronald.

My 6 years old child is autistic. He used to attended ABA with another provider in Hayward for 3 years which used to had an amazing BCBA. This summer, Kaiser assigned Star Future as my son’s new ABA provider. My son has been here for 3 months now. His New BCBA Ron is so professional, so kind. My son really loves the way how Ron works with him. Our new RBT Joshua is so patient. Last week, my son was invited to the Halloween’s party during his ABA session which was amazing! And the management team speak Chinese is a Plus for Chinese immigrants like me.
