My experience with this company was not very positive. Unfortunately, the provider did not show up for the scheduled appointment and we did not receive any notice by text or email. The schedule had already been confirmed, so I hope they can improve communication in the future and notify parents in advance if there are any changes.

Their facility is nice, but I will not put my daughter to this place ever again. From my own experience, my daughter got assessed just ONCE for 1 hour, and then the following days they claimed that they wrote a “8 hour report” for 5 consecutive days (my daughter is not even there) and they charged the insurance which make us pay the co-pay as well, My daughter only attended only 1 day with 3 hour session, and when the bill came, they charged us for $396. We pull out my daughter and sent a report to the insurance. Never again
My child has been with Star Future for several months, and we've had a great experience. The owner is very caring and genuinely looks out for my child’s well-being. The scheduler is new but learning quickly, and he has been both responsible and responsive. I especially want to highlight our amazing RBT—she is definitely one of the best out there! We're very happy with our BCBAs and supervisors, Nancy and Erica. Their support and expertise have truly made a big difference. Thank you, Star Future, for everything you do!

Very unprofessional, mismanaged and over rated. Customer service is the lowest of their priorities, whereas convenient lame excuses, lies and outdated processes are their strong points.
Star Future is and ABA for Children with Autism disorder, My son attending their services past 2 yrs. they offer in house therapy or at school. If you have a child with Autism please contact them they come to you with their AP therapists.
Great company. Highly recommend!
