I enjoy Lindsey‘s hands on approach to therapy. She is on time, knowledgeable, friendly and very good at what she does.

Lindsey was thoughtfully attentive to my therapy needs resulting in guidance that brought significant improvement to three areas of injury. This was accomplished with an understanding and appreciation of my long-term exercise goals. She provides useful video aids along with mental cues to help in the correct execution of exercises. This helps produce results.

Lindsey not only helped me recover from the residual effects of a five-year-old "healed" injury, but she also gave me tools to use whenever the need arose. She listened to me and addressed each issue I had. Lindsey's skills reach beyond a great education. She is a gifted PT. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who wants to find a resolution to their physical issues.

Lindsey provided excellent PT care in my postpartum recovery. The one-on-one care that her clinic provides is top notch. I still go see her occasionally for drop in sessions of dry needling/manual therapy after I do too strenuous of a work out. Cannot recommend enough!
