I’ve been working with Gabrielle Crisafulli for almost a year! She’s wonderful, very practical and solution oriented. Our sessions are very focused on the the issues that I bring to the table, and together we’ve found some solutions that work. I definitely recommend Gabby for therapy relating to anxiety / depression etc. I go in-person but they offer virtual sessions also.

I wanted to write a note about Talia of Starr Therapy. I have suffered from debilitating anxiety since I was a little girl. This led me to scope out many different therapists over my life ( I am now 35). Talia has been the one therapist I have ever felt understood me and actually helped me. I have been working with her for 5 years and I have made major changes in the way I handle my days living with and managing my anxiety. I believe therapy is a very personal choice and that if you’re lucky enough to find someone like Talia you will feel a great relief in symptoms. I have found coping skills within myself that I never thought possible. I highly recommend her for overwhelming anxiety , depression, goal setting, confidence building, marital issues, parenting struggles and post partum anxiety. I am very grateful to have found her and she is there when I need her most. I hope this review helps someone else who is struggling!
