Everyone at this office is great and always patient.They take their time explaining things to you always so kind.

As a retired medical professional I tend to be a very exacting person when it comes to picking providers. Last year I was almost in tears trying to find a place where I felt comfortable with sharing my MH issues and gettingthe help I needed...This office has truly been a God send!! Not only do they help regulate my meds, their always going above and beyond to help me not feel alone. Paula from the first visit is exactly what you would want from a mental health provider. Kind, caring, professional yet approachable, always in a great mood, and really challenges you to wanna grow. I love that she's gotten so popular to pull in some AMAZING therapists too. My gal Hassie is just as awesome as Paula in every way. This entire office and staff get the first 5 star review I've ever written. There's zero I would change. Thank you all so much for all the lives you touch and for continuing to help me as well.

Finally a doctor who listens and actually TRULY cares! I've been seeing Dr. Zapata for over a year now and I can't express my appreciation and gratitude to her and her staff. She did the BEST initial assessment I've ever received from a doctor. She genuinely listened, didn't rush, DIDN'T JUDGE, and asked lots of questions I'd never been asked before. Dr. Zapata and her staff respond so kindly to any questions, concerns, or needs within an hour. She's been involved in all aspects of my health care and has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me and my family. Dr. Zapata has played a pivotal and extremely positive role in my mental and physical health. If you are tired of not being cared about or heard, then I highly recommend giving Steady Psychiatric Care a try. Dr. Zapata and her staff are a blessing and have proven that they care about people!

Fantastic from the start. I was very nervous to seek professional help due to be skeptical about medicine and the whole industry. I tried a few other places and they treated me like a number instead of a person. Joey was incredible. He was caring and understanding that I needed help, and that I actually needed help getting that help. He bent over backwards to make me feel like a person and made me actually excited and gave me some hope that I could get better. Paulina, the Dr. took her time with me. She probably could have read my file and just prescribed me some drug and moved on to the next patient, but she took her time to let me express my (manic) self. She actually listened and helped solve a complicated issue. We worked together until we had a plan that we were both comfortable with. My literally in tears writing this review because I am hopeful for the first time in a long time. If you need help, I highly recommend calling and ask for Joey. He will take care of you. Thank you!!!
