My 4 year old son has been attending this center for almost a year and I have seen him grow tremendously. This has been the best experience in our autism journey. The owner, Layla, has been very understanding of our situation and has been very supportive. Every single therapist has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional towards my little one and myself. I'm very pleased with their services.

I tried to get my daughter an in home ABA services with Step by Step but I am not pleased with their services. First of all, the owner said no therapist want to do in home service for my daughter and her reason was because they are not comfortable to come to my house and with no reasonable explanation for that. Next whenever a therapist get sick she doesn't send a substitute so my daughter was missing her therapy time due to their poor customer service. Finally the owner said they can only do in center service and when I inquire about it with phone call and text messages, she completely ignore me and become non responsive. She is clearly discriminating against me and my daughter by denyingy daughter the ABA services for no valid reason. This is a very bad and unethical business practice. I am very disappointed about it's

For almost two years, Ive enjoyed working with Laila. Our lives have been made so much easier because of her. She’s so committed and skilled at what she does with my daughter, who had a limited vocabulary when we first started, now talks in almost full phrases. Laila is carrying, Compassionate and professional. I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for my daughter.
