The RBT was unprofessional, the RBT ran me off the road the RBT call child services on me cause she was mad, took my daughter to her home to go live with her,with her to go smoke weed and the company did nothing about it and I have her on camera driving off with my underage child
We had a pretty good experience working with Step It Up. We could see the significant difference with our kid after starting therapy with them. It was a great team work - Jasmine, Jaela and Meshulum. They were really forthcoming and supportive throughout the journey. Big Big Thanks to them for all their support. We strongly recommend them to the parents in need.
This provider promises high but delivers very poorly.Just because they are convincing over the phone doesn't mean they are professionals. They promised no wait list. Which is the only thing that kept my faith in them. For the 4 month period enrolled with them I had 2 RBT that were not the right fit. 2 months of no RBT in-between. Waste of time.
It's been a full year since Cordae started with Step It Up ABA Therapy Now and I can confidently say this program has been a true blessing for our family. The progress he’s made is incredible—he’s gained so much confidence, improved his communication skills, and learned how to navigate social settings with ease. The therapists were patient, knowledgeable, and truly invested in his development. They made learning fun and personalized every session to his needs. Now, as he starts school, we feel prepared and proud of how far he’s come. Thank you Step It Up for helping lay such a strong foundation. We’re forever grateful!
