Step Stone Therapy

Called couple of times, call went to VM. Left few messages and no call back. Tired working with them.

Love the staff and love the therapy our son receives. I won’t go into deep details but, they proved to me that they’re in this to help kids. Can’t recommend highly enough.

This place operates more like a business than a therapy center. We brought our child in for an evaluation, suspecting speech and other developmental issues. After the initial assessment, Step Stone Therapy claimed our child only had a speech delay. We stuck with weekly sessions, then increased them to two or three times a week, but saw minimal progress. After a year and a half, we decided to apply for preschool, and suddenly, they “discovered” our child also needed OT—something they could have recommended from the beginning, when the signs were clearly there. It’s obvious now that their priority is making money, not genuinely supporting the well-being of the children.

My experience in this place has been exceptional, not only did my daughter improve her speech but she also developed better with the outside world and her surroundings and for this I must give credit and recognition to the enormous work Miss Christy does, she is an extraordinary person and therapist who puts her whole being into her work and does it from the heart with love.

I just have to say that Step Stone is the best place for speech and OT! My son has been going there for about a year and sadly we had to leave because we are moving! His speech therapist Amara is so kind and caring! His OT Jane very sweet and Alexa which left was amazing! An amazing team which I will miss because of how they were with my son! Highly recommend this center! They truly love what they do!!

The speech therapist and OT my son works with do a wonderful job. I'm so thankful for them! They tell me what I should do at home, too, so I an carryover the activities.
