I was a construction worker on E Rosslyn st a black woman and I asked to use the restroom and I was told by a guy that it was hippo law that couldn’t use the restroom what didn’t know is I am a recent graduate with a health science degree and I know full well that’s not hippa law
A terrible place!!! They charged my sister insurance over $100000 and stated the insurance isn’t paying enough. The director won’t call back or ever there to speak with someone. The lady says they are either out or on vacation. This place is a SCAM!!! I will be assisting my sister with legal counsel.
The Franklin location allowed my son to fall off a chair, With two adult in arm reach. The downtown location called protective services due to my son with major allergies and a runny nose. Do not recommend. Protect your family. Do not go here. Update after speaking with multiple people higher up, they made the situation right. Communication is everything. Thank you Lisa, Aaron, Megan the manager and Chloe from the Franklin location for the hard work and love you put in everyday.
I highly recommend this center to any family battling autism, a professional yet friendly team who will give you full support. My son made progress in 3 weeks and was always excited to go to this center. He became receptive and adopted a calm demeanor, he would always respond to his RBT with a smile on his face. I cannot thank you enough for all you do.
Regret sending my kids here. Even with their 1:1 ratio they somehow managed to allow my oldest to get kicked in the head by another client having an episode. Then a few weeks later continued to call cps. Was met in my driveway by several officers and caseworkers. They explained to me that the center called because of bruises on my youngest and her having an extreme case of diaper rash. It was so extreme that no one at the center felt the need to request any rash cream at any point or mention this horrible rash to me. Cps caseworker checked for the rash and only found the minor chaffing at the edge of her leg from where the diaper rubbed during major activity. When I called the director about this call I was told that she is “not responsible for what her employees do on their lunch breaks or at home after work” as if that absolved her of checking her employees for making false claims with no explanation for why no one requested diaper rash cream or brought these concerns to me about this awful rash and not even offering to educate her employees on how to handle those types of issues in the future so that it doesn’t happen to other clients. And as for the bruises, none were found, and when asked why there were no incident reports for said bruises when they had no problem sending one home after I reported a bruise to them that she had gotten at home from self injury (which was one of the issues we requested help for during intake) “just to cover their tracks”. She also had no information for why there were no reports and told me she wasn’t going to bother asking the employees why there weren’t any. We came there as a vulnerable family looking for help and were taken advantage of. CPS caseworker even advised us not to send children back there not that that was going to be an issue after they pulled that stunt.
The staff is world class and so helpful. These people truly care about their clients. The clinic is clean, the staff is friendly, and it doesn’t take long to see that everyone is passionate about their job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
