Strength of Mind

Completely outdated. If you want care from the 1800"s this is for you. The website doesn't even offer email. No MyChart or electronic communication except for the 1970s fax machine. Then if you want a refill then answering machine. Probably from the 80s says have your pharmacy send it over. However most meds are so regulated now that they won't send a request electronically to the office. It has to come from them. Then you wait 72 hours. Oh and the person Answering the phone starts work at 9 then they take a lunch at noon for a hour. I guess actually hiring staff isn't important. Who does this? And say they care about patients. Sounds like the owner cares about his bank account. Even more so that the process is 40 years behind.

Worst experience. The most condescending, judgmental "therapist" I've ever encountered. Would not recommend to anyone. Trust these reviews.

this was the worst. just the worst. they do NOT care about patients. i went here as a child, it was the WORST experience of my life where Clayton did NOT listen to me, but , made me feel like i was "bad" for not liking my stepfather - sister didnt like him, either. this was never something he looked into as to "why?" we had liked everyone and had a big circle... as a psych he should have wondered and expounded on that. as an adult, i now know it IS bad, as a kid I just had an inclination that this WASNT a psychologyst/there to help

My psychiatrist is so kind, she actually listens to what I have to say whenever I have an issue with a medication and helps find an alternative, gave me some very helpful grounding techniques for when I'm struggling with my anxiety and she's just all around easy to talk to and never rude. Unsure of all the negative reviews posted, but this place absolutely changed my life and helped get me out of the bleak dark fog that I was in and showed me how to healthily cope with the issues life has thrown my way and always worked with my frantic schedule due to my frequent travels. All in all, this facility as well as the Claremore location(Justin and Jon both rule!!!) are great places to actually get attentive, responsive care when so many others treat you as just another number. Thanks, SoM. And Abby, don't change a thing you do. Your approach is the best, especially when dealing with someone as all over the place as I am.

Zero help from therapist. I'm not sure what the take away was. No feedback ever, didn't go to whine about myself for an hour and be the only person speaking. Why was I there is the question that was never answered.

I haven't even gotten an appointment scheduled for my daughter who is in need of some testing for dyslexia and I'm already over it. I can't get in touch with anyone and the lady I talked to on the phone the first time had an attitude when I told her I wasnt at home to look at my calander to schedule a date and I would call back in 15 minutes. I did just that 5 days ago and I still haven't gotten in touch with anyone. I called up there today at 4:20 and their automated system was already on saying to call back during business hours. They say they close at 5pm. I'm calling our pediatrician and getting a different referral after reading all the reviews and not being able to communicate with the clinic.

I went in for the 1st time today and I absolutely love this place! There are newer people there now and I cant wait to come back in 2 weeks! My therapist is amazing and so easy to talk to. Awesome office too, super nice and comfortable ❤️

I have seen Dr A for about 5 yrs. She orders the appropriate medication. But you have to talk fast. She doesn’t seem to like to hear what’s going on except what is comparable to your diagnosis. Just the basic answers.
