Von is an excellent therapist! I first went to him after a big life event that I needed help working through but I soon realized I was carrying a lot more than that. Von is excellent at giving thought provoking questions and providing scaffolding for the patient to grow and heal. He is also extremely helpful with supporting and giving insights into autism and ADHD. If you are on the edge of deciding whether or not to seek therapy from Von, just do it. Your life will be better. It will take work and you will have to be vulnerable. But the rewards are better than you can ever imagine!
