I had called every ABA clinic in my town, and if they even bothered to take our name, we were told it would be for a waitlist. So when I called Succeed ABA, it was completely different from what I had been accustomed to. Not only did Mordy take our names and all of our information, putting it to use right away, but I had expected to be put on another waitlist – there wasn't one! We were going to get started right away! Everyone we have encountered on Succeed's staff has been professional and extremely kind and caring, to the point that I cried after talking with Mordy because he was so kind at exactly the time I really needed some encouragement and uplifting. I can't wait to meet our therapist because the intake staff has done outstanding work; thank you, especially Mordy and Katiana, for all you have done to help my family. I wise they have staff, they are holding me for more then 5 months which was told 5 weeks and they don’t have staff , all they can do that they call you and tell you that they are looking for it, and eventually you are suffering because you need therapy for your loved one, everyone else it is just another client, they should tell truth at front, please ask them when they start in writing, or you are just waiting.
I really like there service. They are very understanding and supportive. Always listen and takes your thoughts/ideas into consideration. I am very happy with them and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for ABA services
