I've honestly had nothing but a stressful experience with this center. I've had nonstop issues with insurance, while as the consumer I had done everything correctly on my end. I wasn't aware of these "issues" until two weeks ago, which is when I was randomly told my son can no longer attend due to ongoing issues, I HAD NO COMMUNICATION about prior. Which has now left my son without his therapies and has set him back completely. The communication/correspondence is terrible and unprofessional; the center is understaffed and there are many other centers in the area before settling for this one.

This place has been such a blessing for my family! The way my son lights up when he walks through those doors and eagerly waits for his RBT to get him brings such peace and joy to my heart. My son has only been here for 4 months but in that short time we’ve seen such improvements that we have more high hopes for his future than before. The staff is beyond fantastic in every way. Every day they send him home with a daily report of how he did and what he did that day. They keep me in the loop of everything when I pick him up and for our weekly parent training sessions. I highly recommend SOS Englewood Cliffs! They are the best!
