This therapy saved my life . Therapists really know how to help you . Doing group therapy every week learning skills was like a class . In Individual therapy I really learned about how to make sense of things . Suffolk DBT even helped my family by teaching them skills . Went to the Mt Sinai location which was close to my job . They made it convenient to see me right after work not far from Stony Brook . Best therapists in Suffolk County . Highly recommend.

Suffolk DBT has helped my family tremendously! Myself, my 12 year old daughter and my ten year old daughter all participate in therapy. We have learned how to communicate with each other without conflict, we have learned how to have more meaningful relationships in our lives, to determine what we value, and how to communicate with each other and ourselves with respect and kindness. The staff is skilled, compassionate, and really makes sure your needs are met so you get the most out of your therapy. We have been to other Therapy Groups and did not have the desired outcomes until we came to Suffolk DBT!
