Summit Eye's service is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Watts is thorough and affable. I have no reason but to say all the staff are great.
Horrible experience. After 20 years of business here Skylar called me rude and suggested I take my business elsewhere. Macey the office manager called me to apologize and say she values me my business and my opinion. She promised Skylar would apologize and she'd call back Friday. Macey never contacted me again or returned my calls. Summit Eye Care has no professionalism, honor or compassion. Don't go here if you value truth and respect.
Dr Jay is awesome. He listens and tries to figure out what's best.
This is by far the most thorough eye doctor that I have been too. The doctors were top notch along with all the staff. Highly recommended!!
