It's not negative it's experience I walked out of this office I know 15 years dealing with the terminal disease what a good doctor is by now and when they tell you as a nurse practitioner they can't help you or don't want to help you hell yeah you deserve a one-star I have never wasted so much time but at least I know who not to refer the rest of my family too it's not a negative post it's a truthful post you're a one star

I have encountered unprofessionalism with this establishment, as booking an appointment proves to be challenging. Their phone manner is rude, and they have been known to be dishonest. Furthermore, they claim to purge patients, which is perplexing, especially for those seeking a DOT physical. It may be advisable to explore alternative options, considering they charge $20 more than comparable providers, yet fail to provide reliable appointment scheduling.

They seen my daughter today and everyone was super professional and very helpful and nice! I will be switching pediatricians for my kids as well. Highly recommend!!!

I had a miscarriage, and called OBGYN offices near and far trying to make an appointment. Absolutely nobody would take me in; it was the same story everywhere; "Sorry, we can't see you; you can always go to the ER!" The medical world was failing and rejecting me right when I needed them the most. I was in tears and weak and tired and not about to put myself through a torturous ER experience. Finally I went to Summit Healthcare. The kind, professional medical assistance I experienced there was unforgettable. They were able to assess my situation and provide help when nobody else wanted to bother with my situation. Thankyou, Summit Healthcare!

The first half is my review from a year ago I decided to add to it and repost because nothing changed. I'm disappointed in the lack of concern for your patient. I felt like the doctor had better things to do the entire time he was in my room. He spoke to me like I was some annoying child who was getting in his way and he interrupted me multiple times. I don't know what his issue was but he was really non personal and honestly extremely rude. And then to top things off it took forever for me to even get my covid test because "they forgot I was back there." They also didn't bother to do a strep or flu test even though I mentioned them when I 1st got there. This was the 1st time I've ever been there and I will not go back. *edited a year or so later* decided to give this urgent care another shot and still disappointed. Once again, the doctor was robotic and didn’t seem to care that I was there or not. Idk if it’s because I’m not religious or Christian since that seems to the basis of his practice but you really need to work on your uncaring tone. I have an autoimmune disorder I have had MULTIPLE Covid, flu and strep tests done and not once have I been left bleeding or had to tell the nurse to give me a moment because she was hurting me. She even scratched the back of my throat and I coughed specks of blood up for days because my disorder prevents my blood from clotting right. Those tests do not require the swab to be painfully shoved up the nose and swabbed around the throat like that. As soon as the nurse left i told my husband I literally felt violated. Had that been a child I couldn’t imagine how much she would have hurt them! When we left the lady at the desk (the ONLY nice person we interacted with, like insanely kind and welcoming, love her) asked to leave a review and I struggled the last couple of weeks with whether I wanted to or not and decided yes, I was going to add to it because this is ridiculous. Train your staff to be gentler and as for the doctor, if you could make your patients feel like you actually cared about them you wouldn’t have to ask people for better reviews to get your rating up.

I'm not impressed. It's been over 3 weeks of trying to my insulin RX filled, and still hasn't been filled because they have 1 doctor. It's not like I'm trying to get a multivitamin prescription, I need insulin to stay alive. Ridiculous. P.s. Schander is the person I saw. Allow me to reply, Because summit did not send in the info requested by my CVS mail-in pharmacy, multiple times, and I had to call both, multiple times, they have since since mailed me a letter "discharging my medical services". Why try to win back a customer when you can just drop them. Top notch service. 👏

Excellent,all across the board. NP Schander is BETTER than many doctors I have seen and I just call him Dr. As many do. He's the only one worth seeing in this area, possibly even Cruces. His staff is sweet ,efficient and reliable. You can get blood work here and just about every health issue can be addressed along with easy booking and fast appointments. Just like having a country doctor again. So lucky to have them in our tiny town!. Please don't leave us!
