The staff is supportive and health care is amazing from the food to the nurses and techs. Rehab program is great. Mrs Barbra the cleaning lady does a awesome job
Just recently had my second stay here. I was treated well with respect. The staff did whatever they were able to do when I needed anything or had any concerns. Friendly and respectful staff. Happy to help with my needs for my care while I was there. Especially Miss Brianna.

I am a parent of a minor who was admitted here for suicidal ideation. While individual staff were polite, I was deeply concerned by the lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and resistance to escalation when safety concerns were raised. Medication was clinically recommended by the psychiatrist but not initiated due to parental refusal, with no medical contraindication. Despite this, my concerns about discharging a suicidal minor without recommended treatment were repeatedly reframed as “co-parenting issues” rather than addressed as patient safety concerns. I was not consistently included in communication or scheduling for critical meetings, including discharge. Overall, the experience felt more focused on avoiding conflict than prioritizing patient safety. I would strongly encourage improvements in parental inclusion, escalation processes, and discharge safety planning especially for minors in crisis.

I love Sun! Ms.Val is absolutely amazing! She makes sure we are all taken care of! Makes sure if we need something we get it! Ms.Angie is also a Rockstar! But Ms.Val needs a raise!
Great staff. Nurses were exceptionally helpful. Only negative is that it takes staff to respond to long to respond to basic patient things, but overall a great place for recovery... would highly recommend.
It was really helpful. I was inside for a week and then did outpatient for a couple of months. It really helped me gain positivity.
