Waited almost 2 years for an appointment for speech services. (Severe speech disfluency) They didn't take our insurance but we told them we're capable of paying out of pocket. When we finally went in for the virtual evaluation they had lost our appointment. They tried to put us back on the wait list. No thank you. Unorganized, unprofessional and extremely understaffed. Edit: After posting this review the office manager called and spoke with me about what happened. She offered to give us another virtual appointment asap. I declined.

So I did the paper work for my 6 year old to get evaluated and start OT in February. Women on the phone said I should hear from them in two weeks for evaluation schedule. Never heard anything. Let a month go by and called and emailed. They were giving me the run around and saying they didn't know when or time wise that the waiting list is long. Called again now two months , run around again. Two days after I called the last time they called me and told me that they no longer take my son's insurance! So now I'm starting from square one because of this disorganized mess of a business and now has caused my son that needs this to wait longer for another place that I could have did in February. Shame on these places and the mental health of our young ones are at risk because of situations exactly like this !

My 2 year old son was just recently diagnosed with ASD so when we started our search for ABA clinics, I went with Sunny Days Sunshine Center. Ever since the process began, they’ve done such a great job of informing me of everything I need to know such as scheduling, insurance, what he’ll be learning/working on, etc. The amount of improvement I’ve seen with him in just a week of him going to ABA is nothing short of amazing. The whole staff is so sweet & hands on with him, they take such good care of my little man! Shoutout to his ABA/OT team & everyone else on staff, you guys are so great! I highly recommend this clinic to anybody who’s looking into ABA services for their child. They’re the best!

I’ve been taking my child to the West Windsor location, and I’m so glad I found them! We started with appointments on different days, but as the weeks went on, they were able to schedule sessions back-to-back on the same day, which has been so convenient. My child has worked with three therapists here, and we love them all! The moment he walks in the door, he grabs one of their hands and pulls them into the classroom—seeing that as a mom makes me so happy! The waiting area is also a great bonus, allowing me to get some work done while my son is in his sessions. Therapist Sam has such an amazing heart—she’s wonderful! Ms. Debbie is the best speech therapist ever—she goes into full character mode during sessions, and they are my favorite to watch. Ms. Gianna always has a fun activity planned, and my son loves bringing them home! The way he lights up when he sees her is truly beautiful. Each of these therapists has taught me so many fun, new ways to work with my son, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend this location!

10 out of 10. Expectations Exceeded! A wave of relief washed over me, once my daughter started and continues to receive services at Sunny Days Sunshine Center of West Windsor. When I drop her off, I can rest assured that she is in good hands. The professional, pleasant, and family-focused therapists and staff are easy to communicate with and are accommodating of reasonable requests. It is a joy collaborating with her entire ABA team (Morgan, Ilyssa, Jaba, Rebecca, and Ashley)! Thanks also to Leianne for getting things started! Since going to Sunny Days Sunshine Center of West Windsor, my daughter has made progress under their guidance and tutelage. Although they are the next town over, I find their guidance and support invaluable; so well worth our time! Thank you to the entire Sunny Days Sunshine Center of West Windsor team and staff!

My son had an amazing experience at West Windsor Sunshine Center! The staff was always welcoming and kept me up to date on my sons progress. The center was clean, welcoming, and appropriately engaging. I cannot thank the staff enough for all their support for my family.

My experience with this center has been terrible. If I could give it 0 I would. We have been on a waiting list since November. I've been in communication with " a contact person" who has texted a few times. The girl who answers the phone has no clue & unfortunately I went around in circles trying to speak with the "right person" Needless to say I have still not been contacted & it will be February in a few days. If you need services for your child please don't go here. Hope this helps as I wish someone would have warned me. I would have never sent paperwork. It's upsetting & frustrating & Sunny days brick is very unprofessional. I'm going to look for other places local to me.

Two of my kids went here and we unfortunately lost our spots. My daughter cries every day asking to go back. I know ABA is controversial but I'd never send her somewhere she wasn't happy at. She loved this place and they genuinely love the kids too. We're on a year long wait list to get back in praying that something opens up sooner. We are driving all the way to Altus for therapy now because she missed it so much.

If you are prepared to play email tag with your healthcare provider this is the place for you. I tried to apply to the local Sunny Days Sunshine Center but unfortunately they were wait listed. In desperation I was willing to travel to West Windsor for my son for the earliest appointments available. I've taken this drive plenty of times with no issues. The issue is when I arrive his appt was cut short several times by another patient being late with their appt and ending my son's appt on time. One time we waited 15 mins for her in the waiting room while she spoke to a parent while we waited patiently for her to finished. I assumed she would give him the full 30 minutes. Instead 15 minutes later he was sent back out to me. Checking in to the office is strange cause there is no actual check in process? Is there even a front desk per se? The person who sits there barely knows what's going on and just says to let me wait in the waiting room and they'll come out to you. Front desk doesn't have a list of their clients and who sees them for the day ? Is that not protocol? It just seems like the office is poorly run and there needs to be better communication all around. It's just upsetting for them to know I'm coming out of my way to not be even given the full time I pay for. Booking multiple sessions for different assessments got confusing to who I was seeing for what exactly. I accidentally cancelled what I thought was not covered. Still not sure what I was being charged for that was covered. Tried contacting the office for clarification and all I got were crickets instead. I understand this being a new location and fairly new practice that there would be some bumps in the road but I've never encountered such disorganization in my many years of navigating the healthcare system and advocating for myself and others. There is much potential though but probably wait till things smooth out in the future if I were to reconsider using them again.
