The BTs and BCBAs at Sunnyside ABA are incredible — caring, capable, and truly committed to their clients. They deserve all the praise in the world. The problem is the owner. Over and over, she has shown that her priorities lie not in client outcomes or staff support, but in money and control. The bullying, lack of accountability, and disregard for basic professionalism make it clear where the values of this organization really come from. If you want your money going to someone who genuinely cares, I’d look elsewhere.
I was not very optimistic about ABA but Katy and her staff are wonderful; they have created and re adjusting a personal plan for my daugther who is speaking full sentences now. My baby girl is so lucky to have them in her life! They are very professional, kind, caring and loving people. Thank you all!
