No. Just no. Spend some time finding someone else. There’s a reason she’s low rated. I’m surprised she’s even in practice now. Stop telling peoples children they don’t have to have parents permission to do things, stop telling children what school activities they chose to do isn’t good enough. Stop baby talking to literally everyone you meet. Stop telling the children it’s “weird your mom wanted to sit in the first sessions” it’s weird that you find it weird parents like to make sure their children are comfortable and safe. Maybe go back and redo some classes and get in touch with the world we live in now, how children are now.

Last 3 appointments I've showed up for and there's been no one there with the doors locked each time. Tried to reach out to Kyra, no response. Tried to reach out to Michelle, no response. How professional. Edit: It has been 3 weeks. This has nothing to do with 4th of July. My appointment was canceled by Kyra and she has not followed up with me. Bottom line is that this comes off as abandonment of a client.

Michelle Smith does not know what she’s doing period. She’s supposed to be helping my little sister with trama and her mental health instead she’s just putting things in her head. There was an incident where she had apparently told my sister tht she has to listen to her or she was gonna end back up in foster care. I don’t think a therapist should be scaring a little girl like tht especially when she’s supposed to be helping.

Kyra is an Inexperienced counselor with poor supervision. Our experience seeking help with trauma actually compounded the trauma. No accountability just dangerous incompetence. Stay away.

Its a nice CLEAN place and the therpists are nice nice plus they have nice plants so they are cool people.
