I had to wait 2-3 weeks for my first intake appointment. They canceled on me the day before, and then it took another full month before they could get me a new intake appointment. After finally going through all that, I wait another 10 days get a call from a therapist trying to schedule me for the EVERETT location because the Mountlake Terrace location wasn't accepting new clients. I wasted almost 2 months and am still left without critical mental health care.

After visiting many therapists locally, I am so happy to have found Anders at Sunrise Services in Mountlake Terrace. I have improved drastically since beginning to visit this office. Anders always makes me feel validated and heard. His expertise in trauma therapy lends to my feeling like he can handle whatever I throw at him. I never feel like I am traumatizing my therapist; a common feeling in the past. I also cannot express how welcoming and kind the office staff have been. The lobby is comfortable, private, and peaceful. Thank you so much for helping me find my inner peace again.

I am a patient of a few years. I like their services and it is professional. I am very pleased of the environment and the medical staff are helpful. Each appointment is left with best feelings and good services. Thank you so much for the help.

This place is a joke, if you’re looking for a reliable therapist I say go elsewhere. They are always out sick and canceling appointments, they do not answer the phone making me drive 20mins out of my way to get in contact. I’m doing you a favor by saying do NOT come here!

The Providers are a joke, horrible with medication management. My counselor is amazing, caring and supportive. The so called Drs are a bound to their own agendas and do not care about the mental well-being of clients, just $. THIS Agency is a joke.. They will waste your time.They won't give you your medication and you will get a new PROVIDER every couple months AND THEY TREAT THE COUNSELORS HORRIBLE SO THEY LEAVE OR DROP I 1 DAY SO FORGET STABILITY.. HORRIBLE PLACE.

I should've written this review 3 years ago but recently needed information, and this needed to be said in case the prescriber is still there. The therapist I had was very sweet and it was nice talking to her. She even kept in touch while I had family difficulties and during my transitioning period to another clinic. My prescriber Barbara however was hardly there and kept rescheduling my appointments because she had to be out of the office due to something different each time. She seemed to only to be there just have a job because as I was transitioning she closed my file before I could transition over (2 months), leaving me in limbo, and without medication during a time where I was dealing with a family emergency.
