Sunshine ABA Therapy

My experience with this place is absolutely everything but good, the evaluation lady Dr. Chris Holmes is very unprofessional and violated my rights as a father! She refused me access to be present during my son's evaluation and only allowed his mother! She only offered me to come back once she was done with the evaluation to talk about how it went, the entire time she talked she directed her attention to his mom like as if I didn't exist, she also brought in politics into my son's evaluation by bringing up how vaccines and Tylenol are not related to autism what so ever and everything RFK JR says is lies ect ect, I also did no agree with alot of the things she said about my son saying he doesn't do certain things that I have personally witnessed him do, but of course I wasn't there to witness anything she did or try or what was said because she did not allow me. This all happened the day of 1/12/26.

The absolutely worst ABA clinic around. Staff is improperly trained and unprofessional. BCBA/owner is not only rude, but never availible and misses multiple weeks in a row for no legitimate reason. Client's are frequently discharged on a whim without cause or prior notice. BCBA/owner fails to communicate with parents and stakeholders in a timely manner. Staff are overworked and the responsibilities of the BCBA/owner are often pushed off onto RBTS which is not only unethical, but a form of medicaid fraud. I would never send my child here for therapy. Steer clear!

LOVE their new place. The therapy gym for the children is amazing. So many things they can do and use to work through issues if they happen. Staff is absolutely the best as well.
