They ask for money like they are a collection agency and the therapist never showed up.

My Grandson had a wonderful therapist until I made a honest mistake. Not happy at the moment. So much to say another day. Check back I will be posting again.

Violates hippa law! Literally sent texts with my child’s personal information without confirmation of who they were texting listing child’s name services looking to implementation etc.! Implore all insurance companies to drop this agency!!! Literally the absolute WORST!!! Definitely do not recommend at all. Super unprofessional, and extremely incompetent!!! If you’re gonna go with that s agency you might as well go to school and learn how to do it yourself because with this agency you’re literally doing it by yourself anyway. The tech was awful. The bcba was literally 10 states away and wanted me to be on video calls two hours at a time definitely can’t do that and tend to the kids and their Ausomeness just don’t even bother with this agency at all!! Aba staff is awful. NO response from this agency serves any excuse for their action do not walk RUN away from this agency you can do much better ON YOUR OWN despite your level of eduction literally you tube is MORE helpful then they are!!! Furthermore “telehealth” is a lazy incompetent way of delivering these sorts of services all this agency does is look at kids as a paycheck and get as many kids as they can to bill insurance for less then lack luster services and substandard performance!! Literally the most AWFUL company ever! Their response to my review is a way to make excuses for their incompetence! Let it be known there is ZERO excuse for substandard services for OUR CHILDREN and AS PARENTS we DEMAND MORE! Know YOUR Rights for your child! The agency wants to say “sorry you weren’t aware that telehealth is part of the services yet their was no consent forms to receive telehealth as a means of therapy this is not something they tell parents upfront! Let’s not also forget the year long waiting list only to be found that this agency is incompetent and irresponsible! Literally in no position to give myself or any other parent advice about anything like I said do not walk run away from this agency!!!! The reply below only confirms their incompetence and their excuses only further show their incompetence! Oh and the “BT” they send to your house is literally any Jo off the street they do not go to school they do not have any special certificates or anything I can literally higher my next door neighbor that’s how much knowledge you need to have to do this job! The “real therapist” the one with the college degree and certificates lives 10 states away and wants to do the services via internet not in person! You can YouTube videos and get the same done! These agencies are all about maximum input with minimum output!!! Literally still stand by this!! As the school year approaches this is not the company to do services with!

Terrible experience.

Absolutely do NOT hire them. They ignore phone calls, hire people with absolutely no knowledge or training, they genuinely have no care for their clients whatsoever. My poor niece needed help but they charge insane prices for NO help. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOU. YOU ARE ONLY PAYCHECK TO THEM

The company has been wonderful for our family. The therapists are good, and the staff is always polite and responsive. We've seen great progress thanks to their dedicated and comprehensive approach.
