It was my first gym when I lived in Delaware as a young man, good memories
Not kid very friendly or affordable, $60 for 4 youth day passes even though they closed early. Will not be back.Open swim consists of 2 open lap lanes and instead of open gym they switched to pickleball without notice so kids couldn’t take advantage of open gym time.
No availability to just come and swim. Constant classes and things make everything unavailable constantly and the childcare is a joke
I attended an adult swim class here and the instructors were amazing! Melissa & Brooks helped me reach the goal I set for myself on the very first day of class, swim from one end of the pool to the other with proper form the whole way through. I would highly recommend the classes held here for anyone looking to improve their skills & beginners too!
My boyfriend and I have been members of the Y for over a year now, one of the main reasons we signed up is because we liked that we could visit any YMCA! My boyfriend decided to try this Y out, since we regularly visit the area but he was told their not accepting nation wide members from June 1st - Labor Day but was given no actual reason why (we're assuming due to influx of people in the area but that was never actually said) They made sure to offer a day pass for $25 or a 3 day pass for $60 though... so you want to say that a MEMBER that pays $72.00 a month can't come work out because you're not accepting nation wide members...but you'll let us buy a day/3 day pass. Make it make sense please. -Update after the response from this YMCA -again, it's funny to me that you cannot accept already paying members of the Y due to "it being a small YMCA that can't withstand a large amount of people" but if we purchase a day pass/3 day pass... you can accommodate us then. Still not adding up and my review is still a 1!(:

It is annoying the sauna is closed for swim meets. I just to the ymca for the sauna after running on the beach.
Came into town to visit my family’s beach condo and needed to swim before a big US Master’s Meet next weekend. The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and the pool was in remarkable shape. Will definitely be back for my annual visit!
I came here because I wanted to work out and swim while down this area for the day. I came here and as a guy I really enjoyed flirting with the cute jocks in the men’s locker room. I even made a friend and his name is Connor and we went swimming together and cuddled together it was nice. I would definitely come again soon as this place was super clean and welcoming. Definitely better than the Middletown ymca. That one is always run over by teens and ignorant kids like middle school boys . They r so mean sometimes at that ymca and the staff don’t correct their behavior. There was a massive spider web hanging outside this ymca and it was gross. Connor took it down though so we could safely pass by. If ur missing ur web sorry bro life’s tough get a helmet .
