I wouldn't recommend anybody to them. They wanted to prescribe a medication that can cause sudden cardiac arrest 🤷🏻 .

If you want to be charged when you have insurance sure go to these people if you want to be prescribed the wrong meds for the wrong issue sure go to here. If you want your paperwork lost sure go here. Worse counselors and creation. I don't even know how this company is still open. It's pathetic that it's only you people and main behavioral health that has openings when you can't even keep people in your office what do you go through counselors what every 3 months 4 months. I know the ones that Noble high School the worst ones I've ever met oh wait and the one that worked in Springville but she left

The most amazing part about Sweetzer is they truly care and work above and beyond to help you blossom and grow through the dark into pure light where you can hold your head high with confidence knowing how to use the coping skills they patienty teach you . This team offers more than any other program. I was in a bad crisis and I called the promise line.thet got me in that day! They offer case management, therapy and med management and more for your entire family . Because of Sweetzer I am able to live a clean healthy happy life. I am so grateful for Sweetsers support.i feel totally comfortable there with all the beautiful sweetser team. I know my son and I now can shine like the diamonds we are 💎💠✨🔆 Thank you Sweetzer team

I've been using Sweetser services for handful of years. Love how they have received more grants and help with funding for mental health support of the community recently!! It's so nice to see the office busy and more employees inside. It's very welcoming to patient's. Coffee and snacks available to patients! There is always locked doors for patient safety. It's very comfortable inside waiting room and offices! I walked in for myself completed self referral for services which can be completed over phone as well. Started services within 2 to 4 weeks for everything I requested. They did advised it would take sometimes 6 months on the waitlist for some services. I'm trying out the youth peer support program for my youth. I'm very happy ro hear they have this available now!! I helped family members receive services years ago with Sweetser referral did take a month or two for therapy, but average wait can be 6 months like most places. Had great experience and supports from Sweetser for years!! I'm so happy to see the new upgraded version of it inside and more lively! Staff is always so kind, personable and feels like family everytime. They offer psychiatric medication management, counseling, case management for (adult and children), youth peer support program that I'm familiar with and pretty good experience with. Sometimes it can take time to find the right match of counselor and they are willing to work with patients. I do believe Sweetser offers many more services for behavioral and mental health. VERY unprofessional. Was trying to get in there since January, finally had an Intake Appointment after 5 months of waiting ($150 to sit there for 30 minutes). You must do the intake in order to get a therapist and after 4 weeks I call since they STILL haven't called to schedule the therapist appointment. Finally get in to sit 30 minutes into the appointment time to get it cancelled. Tried to talk to the "director" Wendy and she just made excuses. Trying to get help is jumping through hoops and this place was awful.

I find the nurse to be very professional and will contact you throughout the day. She even took time to listen in to a Doctors appointment, so if I didn't understand she would be able to explain it to me. She shows true compassion for her clients and deserves to be respected.
