Synaptic Pediatric Therapies

Ms. Taylor is such a wonderful speech therapist! Since my son started working with her, his language has improved tremendously. We are so grateful for everything she has done for him. I highly recommend Synaptic Pediatric to anyone looking for speech services everyone is amazing, from the front office staff to the therapists. We truly wish we had started sooner!

We’ve been with Ms.Taylor for almost 6M she’s literally the BEST ! My son is non-verbal , but Mr.Taylor has showed him to do ASL to be able to communicate with us she’s also super patient with my son . Over all we’ve had a great experience here ! Everyone is so welcoming (: I for sure recommend !

Every staff member has been a delight to deal with and my kiddo really loved going to every class! Docking 2 stars because we never got set up with an appointment for his occupational therapy. However with all the therapist changes and such I believe we just got forgotten about. My son had 4 therapists in a six month period at this place. I went through back and forth between them and my sons doctor office. But, once they received the referral they never reached out to set his appointments. This was the last message received: Good afternoon, we received the OT referral! Once Ms. Lauren is ready to conduct initial evaluations for OT, we'll give you a call to schedule the initial evaluation! Have a great weekend!

Alondra, the new receptionist is very rude, unprofessional, and unethical. She made an insurance "mistake" that caused us to acquire unnecessary charges.

The front desk first told me they accepted Medicaid, but later said they didn’t and asked me to pay for the evaluation. I explained that I had already given them all my information and was told they accepted it. After the evaluation, they changed their answer and asked for payment, and then tried to blame me for their own mistake. Even after resolving the Medicaid issue, I called several times because I found the therapist very knowledgeable during the evaluation. Be careful—this place wastes your time, blames you for their faults, and tries to make you pay out of pocket

Ms. Chelsey is very nice and helpful. The staffs are nice and very accommodating too. I would definitely recommend this place for your child.

We are beyond grateful to be at Synaptic Pediatrics and feel incredibly blessed to have Ms.Taylor as our speech therapist. In just one month, her amazing techniques have made a world of difference for our child. We've been overjoyed to see more words and sentences beginning to form, a direct result of her expertise and dedication. Ms. Taylor has a gift for what she does, and her kindness and skill are truly invaluable. And a special thank you to Jasmine at the front desk, who is absolutely awesome! She always greets us with a smile and makes every visit a great experience.

my daughter has autism & since we enrolled her into speech therapy with Ms Stephanie, she has improved SO MUCH! she is now able to communicate more sufficiently. she absolutely loves coming, i’m so happy to have found this place. Sandra at the front desk is extremely helpful & very friendly.
