I called, sent emails several times over the course of 12 DAYS, yet no one bothered to return my messages to book an appointment or at least tell me that their schedule was pretty backed up. I realize that COVID is still going on in March 2021, but at least have the common courtesy to respond back. I’d hate to think of someone actually having a bad psychological episode and no one would even reach out. Poor business if you ask me. The only way I got in touch with the therapist was to call early on a Saturday morning. Then I was told that they had a waiting list.
