Synergy Healthcare for Kids

We love our OT at Synergy. Jenna has been the best OT for our son. Thank you Jenna for your involvement and for being an advocate for our child. We do not take your role lightly. And we think so highly of you. Our son doesn’t love just anybody. We couldn’t do this without you.

Highly recommend this wonderful place. I can’t imagine life without their support. Blake, Abby, Cindy, Janel and Gabby. I would give 10/5 stars.

I love the therapist and the front office was nice as well. Billing department was a nightmare, and I always had problems with my insurance which ultimately ended with me finding new therapist for my child. I felt like their priority was not my child and their best interest but what was easier for them. Disappointed with the outcome!

Synergy has been life-changing for my daughter and our family. We have seen huge improvements since she started doing OT with Janelle. She is now doing ST with Gabby and we are excited to see her progress. We are so thankful for Synergy!

We have attended synergy for several years now. At one point I had four kids going at once and they worked so hard to make sure the schedules would be the least taxing on us. They always listen to your concerns and work hard to find ways to look at your whole child and their specific needs. I hold a lot of respect for every person that works here and am eternally thankful for all their dedication to the kids and families they work with.

We have been a part of Synergy since 2020. My son has autism and is there for speech and OT. When I say “WE” have been a part, I really mean my whole family, not just my son. The entire front office knows all of us by name, and I really enjoy these ladies! Christine has been my sons SLP for 4 years! We followed her from another establishment, and that’s because she is truly amazing! Christine is very skilled in her field! She has helped us implement strategies for our home and every day life. Let me tell you, there have been amazing results and successes for my son! Blake is our OT and he it absolutely wonderful with the kids, and we sure love his four legged helper, Biscuit! Even though these two are my sons main therapists, I can tell you each and every other clinician here knows my son, and myself. The philosophy and implementation of group play is SO amazing! I drive here three days a week from Rathdrum and will never complain! We will keep coming until they say we can’t. I can not express how much I value their professionalism, knowledge, skill, and efforts! The pictures are last Halloween, my son waiting and playing in the ball pit 😂 he loves it here!

We are very pleased with the care my son is receiving at synergy. My son absolutely loves miss Christi and looks forward to seeing her every week. Christi has made a very positive impact on our son, such a huge blessing to have her in his life! I love this place and would recommend it to all of my friends and family.

I absolutely love synergy! My son has been going for awhile now and I have seen a amazing change in his behavior. They also let me take his little sister with and the kids love seeing Mr.Mark. I really like the play therapy, my kids don't even realize there in therapy. Its an Amazing place. I would recommend to anyone with a special needs child. Thank you synergy!
