Talking Tadpoles Pediatric Therapy

Front desk lady is so rude! They never greet people when they come in or out. They also be forgetting to notify your child therapist that your in the lobby waiting on them to come out. And also when you call they don't be answering their phone calls. I don't know why I choose this place for my kids.. hopefully I'll find a better one .

This is actually my second review. We just finished up OT services with Mrs. Ashley. She is incredible. She listened to and addressed our concerns. She was so patient, kind, creative, and knowledgeable. He loved going to see her and would literally jump out of his chair in the waiting room when she arrived to pick him up. She has made a huge impact on his skills and he is thriving because of her interventions. We cannot thank her enough, nor can we recommend TT more than we already do to anyone who is looking for pediatric therapy services. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with Mrs. Ashley will really enjoy their time and leanr so much from her. Thank you for all that you do!

Haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone and the physician already sent the referral over a week ago .. starting off bad so far .

Talking tadpoles has been excellent. It is hard to find people who care and are attentive like they are. I highly recommend them. We have been going here for about 8 months and it has been productive and helpful.

We chose Talking Tadpoles to work with our son given their positive reviews. Our experience from start to finish has been wonderful. Our son worked with two different speech therapists during his time there - both very qualified and capable. The first therapist, Rachel, was an excellent fit for our son and only ceased working with him as she left for maternity leave. Once covid began in 2020, we were placed with Sydney Luna. Our son, now aged 12, benefited greatly from working with Sydney. In fact, all of their weekly sessions were done virtually, which was a great option for us. We appreciated the great communication from Talking Tadpoles as well as Sydney, and are happy with our son's progress. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again if the need arises and are happy to recommend them to others.

We love Talking Tadpoles. We have been coming here for a few months and our sons therapist is Sydney, and she is wonderful. The progress he has made is phenomenal. We get lots of great and useful feedback, he is always excited to see her, and the atmosphere is so positive. All of the employees and therapists we encounter or cross paths with have a smile on their face, and are very professional. We could not be happier with our decision to come here and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking services. They are also very mindful of covid, and follow guidelines carefully...which gives us peace of mind.
