I met with a counselor???? She had me sit down then she ordered her lunch and for other workers! How rude! Not very business like. Had to call other workers to see what they wanted. Then tell people the costs. Come on... this person is definitely NOT caring about client. Then cut session short since her lunch was coming. Very ridiculous, how other counselors like this. Not professionals

Was referred to talk to a specific counselor by a friend that had a good experience for his issue and felt that she could help me because of a similar experience that we shared.. Called the number and the staff was somewhat rude, impatient and demeaning when I asked if I could set up an appt with her because I was unaware that I needed to be "assessed" on a first come, first serve basis at 8am on Monday with a 2-3 hour wait to be seen- as well I felt she was annoyed that I didn't know what location I wanted when I was unaware I had a choice, as the website says Xenia, so I didn't even know what the options were. ...Not everyone calling knows how your triage process works and it would be beneficial to your potential patients/clients to coach your staff about being helpful, as it's hard enough making that first step to reach out for help when you are inexperienced with counseling overall and are feeling you need it.

Medical staff is amazing. Got assessed quickly and placed where I needed to be. Got my medications transfered from old doctor without any problems. However some of the counseling staff can be a bit rude and inconsiderate of the struggle of addiction. Scheduling seems to be an issue and it's hard to work around work schedule.
