TES Therapy

My child has level 1 autism and I was looking for a place which I could bring him a couple days a week to receive therapy, interact with other children, experience a classroom setting, and receive an education catered to his level of intellect. The other days of the week I wanted to homeschool him. The idea was to prepare him to eventually integrate into traditional school. TES was the only center in the Columbus area that I found that provided educational resources on a part-time bases. They have exceeded our expectations in every way. Their staff is caring, nurturing, patient, realistic, talented, educated, well trained, and I TRUST THEM. Their communication with us is excellent. Our son loves going here and has thrived. The only down side for us (which would be an up side to most people) is their classroom only currently has 3 students, so hopefully the word will get out about how wonderful they are so the children attending can experience more friends and opportunities for social interaction. By the way, just so everyone knows, if your child has an autism diagnosis, you can receive the Ohio autism scholarship without an IEP. You only need an AEP which does not require an evaluation by your school district. After you find an autism scholarship provider (place you would like to send your child that accepts the autism scholarship) have them submit the scholarship application, and the school district will automatically provide an AEP with NO evaluation. This is what we did and it works.

This place is a joke.. I contacted this location inquiring about services. After calling the number provided, the phone just rang and rang until someone picked up the phone. Once I was able to speak to someone on the phone, the person explained, they did not know anything and the supervisor - I believe the person name was Jason will call me back. I became concerned due to the business day almost ending so I called a number on the website. Upon this action another, individual explained they did not know anything but they would have the Jason person call me back. I explained I was willing to come to faciality etc. I received a call from Jason and requested information. He explained he needed to talk to his supervisor and call me back? He stated this to me a month ago. This was soo unprofessional and I 'm not sure why this place even exist if they don't answer the phone and don't know anything.

My son has been receiving speech therapy at TES for two years, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. His therapist, Leah, is compassionate, experienced, and it's clear she loves what she does. Leah has always been attentive to both my husband’s and my concerns, ensuring our voices are heard. Since starting therapy, my son has made tremendous improvements in his speech, and we are incredibly grateful for the progress he’s achieved. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at TES!

TES Therapy has a top notch staff that creates a fun, safe and caring environment for their clients, and families. The TES team works well in communicating with their client’s grownups. They even go the extra mile with occasional family events. Great Job!

My son received Occupational and Physical Therapy services through TES. The front office staff was incredibly helpful and helped process our paperwork and assist with the documents we needed. The therapy staff were so kind to my son and provided us with many resources, suggestions and tools, and a home exercise program to help with his needs. His therapists listened to our concerns as well as used my son's outside interests and incorporated this into his therapy sessions. They were also very flexible with our schedule between school and his doctors/outside appointments. We also enjoyed the events TES held outside of therapy sessions, including parent nights and seminars. My son always looked forward to attending sessions and continues to talk positively about his therapists still to this day! TES has made a wonderful impact on our family, especially our son, and we are so grateful!

My son has been coming here for a couple of months and I have noticed a HUGE improvement in his speech and he absolutely adores ms.Brianna. The staff is amazing and accommodating in my schedule I highly recommend this group!!

Amazing care!! I appreciate the effort that every person in TES took to help our family. The assessments were carefully done to understand my son's strengths and opportunities. They took time to get to know our background and gaps that we as his parents want to get more support on while using the medicaid and private insurance. They helped work with us to make the schedules work and get my son the best care possible. TES assessments helped inform his IEP in school better. Now he is a happier and more independent kid after 3months of work and play with TES therapists. That is all that matters!

We have been working with this company for over a year and have went through 3 different therapist they can't keep people working for them they lie about how much help your child will get I will never let my child use this company again I understand completely about the covid-19 but there's just so many things that are not right about this company. I have tried to call these people for 2 days and they won’t pick up the phone I prefer a phone call instead of email I am old school
