1000000% recommend to ANYONE. The women in this office are extraordinary. Kind would be an understatement. They took great care of my sons and were very patient, Dr Anderson is very thorough and allows you to ask questions & explains everything so you’re not kept in the dark. My kids did not want to leave and they’re not even people-friendly, so I’m DEFINITELY looking forward to them working with Mais and Chai.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE Don't waste your time here! They are incredibly disorganized, unprofessional unreliable and TERRIBLE at communication. I was referred here for my child and contacted them the next day, completing all paperwork the same day. I was told I’d get a call that day to schedule an appointment, but they never followed up. When I tried calling, no one answered. After weeks of calling and waiting, I finally managed to reach someone, only to be told that the next available appointment was a month away. I booked it, but a week before the appointment, they called to reschedule because of personal matters they had to attend to. If you’ve ever been through the process of getting an evaluation for your child, you know how crucial time and communication is. The reschedule appointment would not until November which is over a month now. Which is crazy!! You’d be better off booking with another facility instead of wasting your time here. They barely have reviews and majority of the reviews are from people employed by Anderson Behavior center. There is a reason they barely have reviews compared to other facilites, trust your gut and choose else where.

I can't speak highly enough about this amazing clinic and all the great things that I've seen in my child's progress. They've shown so much patience and compassion for some challenges my child faces in everyday situations. I highly recommend other parents to check out the Anderson Centers for ABA services for their kiddos.

My son has been receiving ABA therapy since January 2022. Initially, we had started with a company that did not make a good impression on me. Thankfully Bryson was paired with Dr. Anderson and as soon as we found out she was opening her own center, we stuck with her and we are so glad we did. Dr Anderson has amazing communication skills and is always available when needed. She also showed us how much she cares not only for our child but the community and has always been a great advocate for my child and family. Dr Anderson has put together the best team for my son. His BCABA, Kayla, and his RBT Kae are the BEST team we could have hoped for. With them Bryson has excelled in many areas and we have definitely seen a positive change in him that wouldn’t be possible without them. He is always eager to learn new skills with them and surpasses his goals because of their intervention. They have really learned his behaviors and the way he learns and have been able to do more than any other team he has had. They are flexible and work around our schedule at all times. They are always there for Bryson regardless of the day of the week! You can really tell how much they care for their clients and families. Our weekly meetings help me understand how Bryson is doing, his behaviors, where he is lacking and why, and any new goals they have for him. If there is anything I don’t understand or need clarification on, they will not hesitate to explain in detail to where I feel comfortable. To say that this team is amazing is an understatement. They are like family and the way they treat and love my child speaks volumes. I’m forever grateful for Dr. Anderson, Kayla, and Kae and would 1000% recommend this center to any and everyone!
