The Arc of Greater Haverhill-Newburyport, Inc.

I just have one problem at The Arc of Haverhill, Barbara Pandolfi! She called me one day saying I put angry emojis on some of the pictures they posted. I don’t trust this woman at all

I was in the caregiver program and they just terminated me because of THEIR mistake. I tried to work with them but they have refused. They have also disrespected me and my son. When i called them out on it respectfully they terminated me. Their options for appointments were times when my son is in his program and would disrupt his day. They don’t give a rats behind about people with disabilities. They literally just screwed me for their own game.

I couldn't believe how unprofessional they are!!! The lady at the front desk didn't know what programms they have, which they didn't have of course for little kids!! But, she kept reassuring me that they have plenty!!! Besides that, without even asking, the lady at the front desk, thought that I am Spanish and transfer my call to a spanish speaking associate, who I couldn't understand him, of course!! Please be very cautious there.

I just walked in this place and I didn't have an appt and I didn't call first because I didn't have the phone number, I was simply told if I needed some free cat food, canned, dried and kitty litter that I should go to 57 Wingate St in Haverhill, so I got in a car and went there, I did have someone's name tho, Bianca, I have not spoken to her previously at all, however, when I walked in her place of business, she was very accommodating and asked how I heard about them, then she explained how her program works. They're open to help major handicapped and I'm obviously not handicapped, however, because I just took a 20 minute drive and she had 1 person who did not pick up their cat and dog food, she only had 1 small bag of dry food and 1 case of canned food and she was extremely apologetic that she couldn't give me more, the point is, I didn't have an appt, I wasn't even qualified to receive any help from this organization and she went above and beyond to try to help me out, these are the little things in life that more people need to do and we all need to improve how we treat others.... she really touched my heart and if anyone is looking to donate money to any programs, I suggest this one, Arc of Greater Haverhill!!! so when they have too much of any one thing and they've helped all if their own clients, they open rhe doors to the public to schedule an appointment to pick up whatever they have left, this is truly an amazing program and we need more like this!!! Thank you Bianca!!!!
