Great staff!
Great group of people doing wonderful work for the disabled people in our community.
Great people
They have excellent educational advocate staff who really care about their clients education and well being. They also help provide other resources and help clients family with their understanding of their educational rights. Thank you Susan Kluze of the Arc of Bethlehem, Pa. She really goes above and beyond and really cares about her clients. She has been a blessing to our family and her client for several years. I am so glad I found The Arc of Bethlehem that help and guided me in the right direction with my grandson educational rights. Thank you and keep going strong you are a blessing to the disability community.
Feel constantly ignored, they never check in on Tori (person receiving support services) to make sure she's getting the most that she can through their services and what her waiver allows for so she receives the best comfort of living obtainable. Also don't like how they pay people bi-weekly, as well as if you have any trouble understanding the way things are done they don't normally explain how or why, whether it deals with payroll or anything else they mainly just spit disciplinary actions at you hoping that you'll pick up the pieces even though you're obviously struggling it just doesn't make sense how does this company get such great reviews when me and my fiance have such a poor very very poor experience with this company I think somebody's lying somewhere along the way because everyone else that we talk to that isn't writing reviews on here seems to be telling the truth and saying that they have had a very poor review with this company and we're starting to understand why. very sad that they treat disabled people this way. Not sure why either maybe it's a lack of structure maybe it's a lack of staffing or maybe it's just a full-on lack of care or maybe they like to play favoritism based on waivers I don't know it's all speculation on my part so who knows all I know is I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy to go through this.
They have a lot of resources for individual with special needs! Great place!
Excellent company that assists people with physical and intellectual disabilities with teaching and working with individuals in the community!
