Peggy is an angel, everything she did for my daughter brings me to tears. This service actually cares about children; and helping them with their education and emotional needs. This service was a God send. The advocacy for both parents and children. I cant say thank you enough. THANK YOU.

The Arc is a fantastic place for support with SPED services. When we had a conflict with a local school, this organization was a major help. They helped us to walk through the process, which the school didn't do. Without the Arc, things could have been much more difficult.

When experiencing difficulties with my son having his school trying to take his IEP Evaluation away, I reached out and contacted the Arc. They gave me invaluable information on how to navigate the complaint process to resolve the issue, as well as served as a go-between to help us uphold the law when we had difficulties with bullying through people in authority positions at my son's school. The Arc was there every step of the way when we had questions when we couldn't find help elsewhere. The Arc gave us empathy and support, and tried to understand both sides of the issue through this whole process. I don't know how we could have done it without them. I highly recommend the Arc.

Over the last 3 weeks, I have sent one email and left 2 voicemails asking for a response, as I was interested in their special education advocacy services. Twelve business days later and I have received not a single response. How could I trust a company to advocate for me or my special needs son when I they won't even return an email or a phone call. UPDATE: Just got a call back today... 3 weeks later.
