Good luck getting anyone to call you back if you are stuck with them being your provider for speech therapy. Now that Arc has taken over for Theracare, no one calls you back or tells you the status for anything. You are stuck having to call them back just to make sure things are moving along. You also have to get lucky with getting someone on the phone otherwise you get sent to voicemail and you never hear back. This was with already being established with Theracare. We have been treated by ARC as if we were new patients and getting setup again for services for the summer has been nightmare when it used to just one call.
My son receives music therapy there and he loves it. They work with him learning different things such as manner and voice volume with music.
Great place, awesome staff they are very attentive to their clients. My brother has been involved with the ark for quite a few years now & for the most part it has been a pleasant experience to work with them.
My grandson started, Center for Music therapy and Wellness with Alanis last Tuesday at this new location. The building is very nice, but the room for the sessions is extremely small. If anyone wants to watch, they either have to stand at the door or sit in a chair in the hall.
