This center is amazing. Literally ALL of the techs are lovely, patient, and totally engaged. The BCBAs are brilliant, proactive, and able to take Tricare, which is a feat in itself! Everyone cares so much and delight in the kids. We’ve had experience with another ABA provider in California and we interviewed with a few other ABA centers in the Memphis area and Autism Clinic at Hope is the best one we’ve ever seen by far!! I’m writing this after over 2 years with this center so we’ve seen techs and BCBAs come and go and they’ve all been wonderful.
My son
This place has been the best thing to happen to our family since our son's diagnosis. The process of getting him enrolled was easy amd quick. We have seen a LOT of great changes and improvement with our now 4 year old. We have been with them since April (2024) and have learned so much! The staff is great! They keep us well informed. They are always available and understanding. They listen to our concerns as parents and help us get through any issues we are having at home. This has been great! We love HOPE!
I will always recommend the Hope clinic . Before attending this program my son wasn’t hitting a lot of his milestones. Since attending my son has been potty trained , self feeding with utensils, engaging and playing with others ,communicating his wants & needs just a complete 360 in such a short amount of time. Everyone there is great with my son . I know how scary and unsettling the world can be in these times especially with special needs children but the communication and transparency everyone has puts my mind at ease .
This kids’ center is truly amazing! The staff are incredibly caring and professional, providing a safe and engaging environment where children can thrive. It’s structured yet fun. The balance on that is necessary for safety. They offer a variety of activities that help kids develop social skills, creativity, and academic growth. No judgement nor comparison of kids needs. The facility is always clean and well-organized, and it’s clear that the team is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every child. If you’re looking for a place where your kids can learn, grow, and have fun, this is the spot!
My 3 year old has been in this clinic for 4 months and he went for not doing anything to, doing sign language, painting, dancing, sitting down, playing with other kids and much more. My baby loves this place and the therapist. It makes me comfortable to see him go in so excited and happy every morning. Super grateful with the communication they have with me. I’m excited to see what else my baby can accomplish with The Autism Clinic at the Hope. Thank you guys so much.
It took me about 30 minutes to find all of my child's paperwork (including sensitive psychiatrists' reports) to upload to their website, as directed. I never received any confirmation that they received it, or any call. Two weeks later, I called and left a message. Again, no response.
