Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Wow, wow, wow! For years they told us to not go to ABA because it was for children who had a behavioral problems and our son does not (he’s pretty happy most of the time) we decided to try it this summer so our son doesn’t digress during the summer while we wait for school to start. This was his first week and my son absolutely loves this place! Even though he is non verbal he is extremely happy and excited to go here! It is a huge compliment to them that he leaves us in the dust to run in the door. He’s all smiles and so happy after ABA. We will continue to be here for a long time! I’m so glad we found you guys! Huge shoutout to the amazing staff for making my son so happy and comfortable. I love that we have papers everyday on him that I can read while working, showing his progress. You guys have no idea how much it’s mean to us that he is in such wonderful hands with you! You all are a true blessing and never forget how many lives you change with your positivity and happy self’s! Too many more weeks ahead!
My son attended this place for a year in 2011 And I wish I could give it zero stars. He went in as a sweet kid who just needed help with verbalization and eloping and toe walking. After several months in this place, he started self abusing behavior. He started peeing on himself, hitting his head, screaming. After attending this place, I could never take him out of the house without a scene being created outside. He also started attacking others. He was only five years old during this time. But he had never once Self harmed or harmed anyone else prior to attending this place. Once all of these behavior started, I was told that they could no longer have him attend Due to the safety of their own staff.
I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for helping develop my son in way that makes me cry each time he does something new. Ashlee you are amazing and I appreciate you so much. I highly recommend this place it’s like no other. Trust the process they will help your child❤️
I highly recommend if your child needs ABA Therapy services. Enrollment was a positive experience (simply to note ABA services are in VERY high demand everywhere it is normal that the enrollment process takes a few weeks to complete). I visited multiple local therapy options and fell in love with this location. Their summer “bee” theme is so unique. They celebrate birthdays with bumble bee cute antennas and have honey lollipops. It has been a positive experience. My son enjoyed it so much that he requested additional time himself during the summer months. The therapists are very engaging and friendly. Always greeted with a friendly smile and hello by the lovely front office manager. She is so kind acknowledging every child by name with a friendly good morning or goodbye have a nice day! Received a daily report card with everything a parent would want to know. We loved our Behavior Exchange Prosper experience! Thank you to everyone there!
Incredibly compassionate and professional staff. I learned about so many different services they provide here and the facility is amazing. The attention to detail to make kids feel comfortable in their space is also refreshing since I typically think of ABA Therapy as medically related which can be scary or intimidating for children.
My child has been a client for almost 9 years, we LOVE The Behavior Exchange!
This place is amazing. It has trained staff with a science and research based approach. I thought this location in particular was bright and cheery and filled with hope. I would highly recommend it.
Do NOT do business with this place. We took our asd daughter in for an assessment for services. We were assured by them and the insurance company that it would be 100% covered. We randomly got a $300 charge today to our bank account for no reason. She was never enrolled and hasn't been back since, so why did I get charged?? I talked to Behavior Exchange right after, but they couldn't tell us why they charged us, other than blaming my insurance. We also spoke to our insurance company next, who stated it should be covered completely. So, now I'm out $300 and in disbelief with their business practices... Use at your own risk!
Unfortunately, after more than 3+ years of excellent experience at The Behavior Exchange one particular policy has pretty much ruin our experience. To all future parents, I would like you to understand their Cancellation/Vacation Policy. They do not have excuse abscenses so you either pay 50$ from unexcused absences or 25$ for excused absences. Even, in our case, we submitted a vacation request 4 MONTHS in advance to give them time to update their schedule but they still end up charging us 25$ per missed day. To me that is unacceptable, especially considering they can take a day off for staff developmental day and notify parents just 2 weeks prior with no recourse for parents. Update: 9/3/19 - Our child has been out of school for more than 3 weeks and now we got a backdated charge : dated February of an additional charge of 100.00. No other additional explanation on charge. DO NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO DEBIT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.
