This place does not know how to be professional at all. Also they have unsupervised interns (wanna be counselors and social workers that don’t have proper documentation for counseling or social work. They do lie and manipulate you to signing papers that you do not agree with, and when you realize THEY made a mistake and you asked for it to be changed they tell you can not change it. Even when you request a new counselor no you can’t which is against their own rules. If you don’t feel comfortable you are legally allowed to change the counselor. Also they do not know how to follow the center’s protocol rules, regulations and they have broken not only HIPA laws in NYS more then once this passed week or two they also do not follow any certified court papers when parents bring them in. If anyone is considering this for their kids or got kids here, please for the sake of the children find some other place to bring you children to that will not corrupt the children. These people are corrupt from the beginning and are part of “the system” that are great at breaking up families and turning kids against their parents, grandparents and legal guardians. And if they can do this with one program image what they are doing to other families and children in other programs threw out this company.
