The Brain Breakthrough

Dr. Jessi Sigander is AMAZING! I went to see her for my troubles reading. Since I was in elementary school, I had to use book markers to cover-up words to read sentences. My eyes would skip words (ADHD/Dyslexia) and at times I would skip sentences as I transitioned between reading sentences. I am now 44 years old and have been struggling with this my whole life. Reading comprehension was nearly impossible and getting grades better than "B" was difficult at best. Jessi conducted Brain Breakthrough therapy on my head, eyes, and body. By the end of my treatment I had improved my reading comprehension scores x 3 and could easily remember what I had read in a chapter. Before, Jessi's therapy I could not read a page and remember what I had read. Jessi's services are invaluable and well worth the money she charges for her priceless results. I have struggled with anxiety for the last 7 years. It has been about a month since I went through the Brain Breakthrough therapy for anxiety and I feel a greater sense of calm and have had not panic attacks or that feeling of being "so overwhelmed". I still have stress and feel busy, but it is not so overwhelming; I no longer have a feeling of heaviness in my chest or stomach. Jessi is extremely professional, loves making a difference in people's lives, and is so warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this business.

Working with Jessi at The Brain Breakthrough was absolutely amazing! I've dealt with anxiety for as long as I can remember and it was really something I'd kind of accepted as part of who I was; one of those things I just had to manage, which was challenging, frustrating and exhausting. It's been a bit over a month since I've finished my sessions and WOW! The "triggers" are still there; that annoying alarm that goes off in my head and alerts me to "threats." But I feel like I now control the response to that alarm, it doesn't just move forward into an anxiety and/or full blown panic attack. In short, I don't feel like I'm constantly in a state of fight/flight/freeze. I'm sleeping better at night and I overall just feel better! If you struggle with anxiety, giving this therapy a go is most definitely worth your time.

Brought my daughter to The Brain Breakthrough for issues regarding her reading comprehension, writing, and spelling. All of these issues were also affecting her self-esteem and overall motivation in school. HUGE change for my daughter after treatment; it was like something was 'unlocked"! Her comprehension shot up and she has been making huge strides in both reading (finished Lord of The Rings for fun reading this summer) and writing ever since!
