My family worked with Pat and her wonderful staff for approximately 3 years in a highly contentious situation involving high levels of deception and medical child abuse. They were not only professional and empathetic, but always focused on the welfare of my son. The center is a clean and wonderful facility to facilitate exchanges and visitations. They were always observing kids and their families with their own eyes rather than relying on potentially misleading information from other sources. Most remarkably, even when faced with intense pressure and bullying, Pat and her staff never wavered from their mission of protecting children and assisting families. I'm happy to report that after a long 6 year legal case, my son is thriving and safe. I give my highest recommendation to Pat and her staff.

It’s deeply concerning that Patricia Brady continues to present herself as a neutral professional while engaging in conduct that is neither ethical nor aligned with the responsibilities of her role. In my experience, she demonstrated clear bias, minimized documented abuse, and contributed to harm rather than resolution. When concerns were raised through appropriate channels, she failed to acknowledge or address them. Professionals who serve in sensitive roles involving children and families must be held to the highest standards, not only in qualifications, but in integrity, transparency, and accountability. The public deserves to know when someone falls short of these standards. Deleting negative reviews doesn't erase misconduct; it only further erodes trust.

Pat Brady was the Parenting Coordinator for my family from November 2013 to December 2014. She was professional, fair and clearly had the best interests of my children in mind in all of her dealings with us. She was involved during a highly conflictual time in the family, and she was able to navigate the difficult dynamics in a caring and thoughtful way. Pat always explained her decisions, and protected my children from the conflict to the best of her ability. She had connections with the top professionals in the field, and was able to advocate for us to get the services that we needed. Pat was always responsive, listened carefully, and was impartial. She took the time to explain her decisions and support both me and my ex-wife as parents of our children.
